1. Setting Up Your Account

  1. Log in with the credentials provided by your administrator.

3. Your First Referral Upload

  1. Click Upload Document on the dashboard.
  2. Select or drag and drop your referral document.
  3. Wait for the AI to extract and process the information.
  4. Review the extracted information for accuracy.
  5. The summary will show as completed in the dashboard.

Clinical Exclusion Criteria

1. Go to Settings → Validation → Clinical Criteria.

2. Add conditions your organization cannot service:

  • Enter ICD-10 codes for excluded conditions.
  • Add descriptions for each code.
  • Specify exclusion reasons, if needed.

3. Set additional clinical parameters:

  • Weight limitations.
  • Care complexity levels.
  • Required equipment availability.

4. Save your clinical criteria.

Service Area Configuration

1. Go to Settings → Validation → Service Areas.

2. Define your service areas:

  • Add ZIP codes you service.
  • Import ZIP codes from a CSV file.
  • Set a service radius around your location.

3. Configure distance parameters:

  • Maximum travel distance.
  • Travel time considerations.

4. Save your service area settings.

Testing Your Validation Rules

  1. Go to Settings → Validation → Test.
  2. Enter test data, including diagnosis codes and ZIP code.
  3. Click Run Test Validation.
  4. Review the results to ensure rules are working as expected.
